This Court by its order dated 12.06.2024 has granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions and posted the matter on 15.07.2024 'for reporting compliance'.

2. On 15.07.2024, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 25.07.2024. Again on 25.07.2024, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that A1 & A2 have not complied the conditions in respect of deposit. Hence, the matter is adjourned today for producing the documents.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submits that the petitioner has duly complied the conditions imposed by this court on 12.06.2024.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
