This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 11.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10378 of 2023 to deposit a sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.236 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners requested that the sum of Rs.40,000/- to be deposited may be reduced.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, one of the conditions imposed by this Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No. 10378 of 2023, dated 11.05.2023 that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.40,000/- is modified to the effect that except the 1st petitioner, the other petitioners shall deposit only a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the credit of Crime No.236 of 2023. The other conditions shall remain intact.
