O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to issue non-traceable certificate. 2.The petitiioner is the owner of the property by virtue of the sale deed dated 22.04.2013. The petitioner is said to have lost the said sale deed and inspite of the best efforts, he was not able to trace it. Therefore, the petitioner was taking steps to get a certified copy of the sale deed and also he published in the news paper about the missing sale deed. The petitioner has also given a complaint to the respondent police about the lost documents and for the issue of non-traceable certificate. Since the same is pending, the present petition has been filed before this Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to conduct an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and if the respondent is not able to trace the documents, the respondent police shall issue non-traceable certificate to the petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
