ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the First Information Report on his complaint dated 26.02.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 26.02.2021 through post and thereafter, no action taken. Hence, he filed the above petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that there is civil dispute between the parties and there is an order of the revenue officials that the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police along with his complaint and any other documents in favour of him.

4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner would appear before the respondent Police on 16.08.2021 for enquiry.

5.In view of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appear before the respondent Police on 16.08.2021 along with his complaint and other documents in his favor. The respondent Police is directed to conduct inquiry on the complaint of the petitioner.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
