This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30533 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30533 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024 is relaxed.
