Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider the petitioner representation dated on 04.06.2018 and thereby accord permission for the functions and to conduct "Aadal-Padal Cultural Progams" scheduled to be held on 09.06.2018 in the village festival of the village temple namely Sri Arulmigu Mariyamman temple at Kizhpadi, Thadthaputhur Post, Sangarapuram Taluk, Villupuram District.

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 04.06.2018 and to accord permission for the functions and "Aadal-Padal Cultural Progams" scheduled to be held on 09.06.2018 in connectin with the festival of the village temple namely Sri Arulmigu Mariyamman temple at Kizhpadi, Thadthaputhur Post, Sangarapuram Taluk, Villupuram District.
2. As the petitioner has approached this Court within a period of four days from the date of making the representation, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
