This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.82 of 2023, dated 18.05.2023 for offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, states that after completion of investigation in Crime No. 82 of 2023, the first respondent filed a final report before the Trial Court, and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C. No. 163 of 2023 and ended in conviction by order dated 28.11.2023.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
