This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.7151 of 2023 dated 30.03.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is partly relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when summoned by the respondent Police. The petitioner shall not threaten the witness, induce the witness or hamper the investigation and shall co-operate with the investigation.
