These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed challenging the docket orders dated 06.04.2026 passed by the XI Assistant City Court at Chennai, in I.A.(SR).Nos.19893 & 19892 of 2026 in OS.No. 4473 of 2014 respectively. 2.Admittedly, the petitions filed by the petitioner in the aforesaid I.A.s have been returned by the XI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court at Chennai. However, the petitioner claims that the Interlocutory Applications are maintainable and ought to have been numbered and decided on merits. 3.Instead of going before the very same Court which has passed the impugned docket orders and convincing the Court with regard to the maintainability of I.A.s, the petitioner has directly approached this Court by filing these Revision Petitions. Therefore this Court directs Interlocutory Applications namely I.A.(SR).Nos.19893 & 19892 of 2026 in O.S.No.4473 of 2014 to be listed before the XI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, under the caption, for maintainability on 15.06.2026.
4.Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to argue the Interlocutory Applications and convince the Trial Court with regard to maintainability. However, it is made clear that the learned counsel for the petitioner shall not take any adjournment on any ground. If adjournment is sought for, I.A.s will stand automatically dismissed. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the I.A.s. The Registry of this Court is directed to return back the petitions filed in I.A. (S.R) Nos.19893 & 19892 of 2026 to the petitioner to enable her to re-present the same before the Trial Court. The Trial Court shall also allow the petitioner to re-present the Original Petition and pass orders on its maintainability.
5.With the aforesaid directions, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
