Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to admit and register the sale deed assigned with a temporary number TP/264429396/2026 with respect of above said property. Order With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This Writ Petition is filed seeking for following prayer:- For issuance of a mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to admit and register the sale deed assigned with a temporary number TP/264429396/2026 with respect to above said property.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has approached the second respondent for registration of a document however, the second respondent refused to register the same, hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. The learned Government Counsel who takes notice for the respondents1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner may be directed to present the document onceagain, which would be accepted by the second respondent and necessary steps would be taken for registration. 2/4
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Counsel for the respondents, this Court directs the petitioner to re-present the document, viz., Sale Deed for registration before the second respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As and when the document is presented for registration by the petitioner, the same shall be accepted by the second respondent and necessary steps shall for registration of the same day without any further hassle.
6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
