ORDER

The petitioner, who is the mother of the deceased, has filed this petition to transfer the investigation in Crime No.152/2021 from the 2nd respondent police to District Superintendent of Police, CBCID Wing, Salem.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit a case in Crime No.152 of 2021 has been registered on 09.04.2021 for the offences under sections 306 of IPC and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act. He would further submit that investigation in this case is almost completed and awaiting reports and final report will be filed within a period of two months.

3. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
