NO.81/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the investigation officer once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m imposed in Crl.MP.No.5531 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.6995 of 2022.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.EZHIL NILAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5531 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.6995 of 2022 on 26.04.2022, to report before the Investigating Officer once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
