ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents-Police to investigate the complaint registered in Crime No.4 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent and to lay the charge-sheet expeditiously.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that, after investigation, the case was dropped as "mistake of fact" and report was also furnished to the petitioner. Notice has also been served by the Magistrate on the petitioner for appearance of the petitioner before the Magistrate for responding the action dropped report. In view of the same, this petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law before the Magistrate. 30.06.2025 cs To
