This petition is filed to condone the delay of 211 days in filing the above Criminal Revision.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3.Mr.K.Manikandan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent filed his counter objecting for condonation of delay for the reason that an ex-parte order was passed on 20.06.2022 against the petitioner directing him to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- per month towards maintenance. Thereafter, the above petition has been filed with a delay. The respondent already filed a petition for recovery. Only after filing of the said petition, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.Today, the petitioner to show his bonafide handed over a Demand Draft bearing No.000118 dated 12.10.2023 for a sum of Rs.50,000/-. The learned counsel for the respondent acknowledged the receipt of the same. M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J.
