O R D E R

This petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondents 2 to 4 in Crl.O.P.No.8308 of 2012, dated 09.04.2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that on completion of enquiry, Charge Sheet has been filed in this case in C.C.No.447 of 2012 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thirupur. He further submitted that now all the witnesses have been examined only the Investigating Officer has to be examined. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
