Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders of ratification on the basis of G.O.Ms.No.21 dated 29.03.2016, to enable the second and third respondents to execute sale deed for developed Plot No.E-12 measuring an extent of 0.554 Acres in the SIDCO Industrial Estate at Krishnagiri comprised in survey No.57 part and 70 part of Kattikanapalli Village, Krishnagiri in favour of the petitioner company.
