This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8248 of 2023 and the same was allowed dated 27.04.2023 "on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 5.00 p.m for period of four month and thereafter as and when required".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly. The investigation has been completed.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is partly relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police, on every Sunday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.
