This petition is filed to grant exemption from paying the Court fee of Rs.10,873/-.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. According to the petitioner, the husband of the petitioner died in an accident and she has got three children and therefore, she did not have means to pay the court fee.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, the petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission on 14.09.2021.

5. However, it is made clear that in case of enhancement made by this Court, the petitioner will have to necessarily pay the deficit court fee at the time of applying the certified copy of the order.
