A.No.3825 of 2025 in T.O.S.No.49 of 2024 and C.S.No.84 of 2024 Application No.3825 of 2025 in T.O.S.No.49 of 2024 P.DHANABAL, J A.No.3825 of 2025 is filed to condone the delay of 221 days in filing the written statement by the defendant in T.O.S.No.49 of 2024.

2. According to the applicant-V.Saraswathi, she is the defendant in T.O.S.No.49 of 2024, and the first respondent/plaintiff is her brother and the second respondent/plaintiff is the mother. After demise of the father on 10.01.2023, for the past more than 20 years, She was never informed about the Will and therefore, she has to contest the suit. However, due to her ill-health, she went out and was not in station and thereby, unable to get instructions from her counsel for filing written statement and therefore, there is a delay of 221 days in filing the written statement and hence, this application is filed.

3. The other side has no objection to allow this application.
