ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 19.07.2024 and 13.04.2026. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given representations dated 19.07.2024 and 13.04.2026 to pay compensation together with 100% solatium and interest for the structures in the petitioners' land in S.No.158/21 (New S.No.158/3A1B) of Kallakurichi Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and District, acquired by the 1st respondent through the award in Na.Ka.Aa.1/2674/2019 dated 20.06.2024, 30.08.2025 and 18.09.2025 which were passed excluding the value of structures, as per the provision of the right to fair compensation and transparency in land acquisition, rehabilitation and resettlement act, 2013.

3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner's representations dated 19.07.2024 & 13.04.2026 will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 19.07.2024 & 13.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy a of this order.
