When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.11.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal" on 29.11.2016. Even today, (i.e. 29.11.2016), there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners either in person or through the learned counsel on record. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
