ORDER

Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 03.07.2019, the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ambattur and the Inspector of Police, Korattur Police Station, Korattur were present before this Court and they tendered their unconditional apology. They assured that instructions will be given in all cases to the Public Prosecutor office on time in future and this mistake will not be repeated.

2. This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

3. The Additional Public prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint was taken on file in C.C.No.111 of 2019 and both the parties were enquired and it was closed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

civil in nature on 30.06.2019.

4. In view of the above it is made clear that the respondent police will not have any role to play in the dispute and the parties will agitate their rights before the competent Civil Court and the petitioner will not be harassed by the respondent police in the name of enquiry.

Accordingly this Criminal Original petition is disposed of accordingly.
