This WMP. has been filed to grant interim injunction restraining the respondent, its officers and subordinates from taking any coercive action pursuant to the impugned communication dated 03.05.2023 issued by the respondent in respect of Loan Account No.5000000227 pending disposal of the writ petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and to that effect, he has made an endorsement in the bundle.

3. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
