Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first to third respondents to take appropriate action against the persons who are responsible for manipulation of the panchayat records and putting fake signature on the file of S.Malayanur Panchayat, Ulundurpet, Kallakurichi District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2022, within stipulated time.

ORDER
Mr.M.Shahjahan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the first and second respondents and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the third respondent.
2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, to direct the first to third respondents to take appropriate action against the persons who are responsible for manipulating the panchayat records and putting fake signatures on the file of S.Malayanur Panchayat, Ulundurpet Taluk, Kallakurichi District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2022.
3. It is submitted that despite the representation to the first respondent, no steps have been taken against the private respondent/fourth respondent till date. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a Vice President and that the signatures of other elected members have been forged and fabricated by the private respondent/fourth respondent herein, after warranting strict action by the official respondents.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has made serious allegations against the fourth private respondent/fourth respondent and alleged manipulation of Panchayat Records, I am inclined to dispose this writ petition at the time of admission by dispensing with notice on the private respondent/fourth respondent, by directing the official respondents to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2022, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Needless to state, before passing such order, the petitioner as well as the fourth and fifth respondents shall be heard.
6. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations.
No costs.
Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
