ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondent Corporation to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.09.2020 and remove the obstructions and encroachments made on Luz Church Road at the point abutting Door No.133 (across Chennai Meenakshi MultiSpeciality Hospital), the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. In pursuance of the representation made on 11.09.2020 to remove the obstruction and encroachment, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking to expedite the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Taking into consideration the pendency of the said representation, we direct the respondent to look into the same and take appropriate action within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order through his officials.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
