ORDER
With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant house site patta to the petitioner property situated in S.No..357/15, to an extent of 2.5 cents, where the petitioner constructed a tiled house and residing along with her family members in Keezhakudiyiruppu Village Account, Udayapalayam, Taluk, Ariyalur District.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. It is the case of the petitioner that she is in occupation of the natham promboke land in Survey No.357/15 and she has constructed a tiled house and residing there along with her family members for nearly fifty years. As the 2/5
petitioner has any other land, she has given a representation to the respondents for issuance of house site patta in favour of the petitioner for the above said land. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2023 and pass Orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of the two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
