ORDER
(Made by V. LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.) The writ petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 7 to dispose of the representations dated 10.09.2020, 12.10.2020 and 19.04.2021 and reminder dated 14.10.2022.
2. The allegation of the petitioner is that the eighth respondent has encroached upon a storm water drain and put up construction at Door No.21/10, V.V.Kovil Street, Choolai, Chennai-600 112.
3. The respondents 1 and 7 are hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner and well as the eighth respondent.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
