ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register an FIR on the complaint dated 27.06.2016, given by the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 27.06.2016, given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.333 of 2016 with the second respondentPolice and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

3. The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent-police and co-operate with the enquiry. The second respondent is directed to expeditiously conduct the enquiry and take action in accordance with law or close the case under intimation to the petitioner.
