Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, praying direct the 1st respondent police to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.07.2021 vide CSR.No.146 of 2021 and proceed in accordance with law.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.07.2021 was enquired in CSR.No.146 of 2021 and the case has been closed on 19.08.2021.

2.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not been served on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to furnish copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report before the jurisdictional Court.
