APPLICATION NO.6620 OF 2018 M.GOVINDARAJ, J.

This Court, by order dated 03.09.2018, had appointed Ms.A.Lilly Victoria, Advocate, as Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the subject schedule machineries.

2. The Advocate Commissioner filed a report dated 30.10.2018 executing the warrant issued by this Court. The Advocate Commissioner would submit that she had taken strenuous efforts to execute the warrant and she has spent five days for seizing the machineries from the respondents premises

3. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that they are willing to participate in the arbitration proceedings initiated by the applicant.

4. In view of the strenuous efforts put in by the Advocate Commissioner, I direct the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) to the Advocate Commissioner, as

additional remuneration, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The application is closed as nothing survives for further adjudication.
