C.M.P.No.16801 of 2021 in W.A.SR.No.48160 of 2021 PARESH UPADHYAY, J., and SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., [Order of the Court was made by PARESH UPADHYAY, J.] This is a petition for condonation of delay in filing appeal against the order passed by the learned single Judge dated 01 November 2019 in W.P.No.4472 of 2014.

2.Learned Advocate for the appellant/original petitioner has submitted that because of the covid situation, delay has occurred and the same be condoned.

3.Having heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this Court finds that, the appellant, who is a workman, need not be condemned on the ground of delay. Let his appeal be heard on merits.
