This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 04.07.2022, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15303 of 2022 with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- as a non-refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust. However, the learned counsel submitted that there is no District Mineral Foundation Trust in Pondicherry District. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, para (5), para (8) and para 8(b) in the order copy are replaced as follows:

(5) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras.

(8) Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras and on such deposit the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Puducherry on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stands dismissed.

8(b) the petitioner shall deposit sum of Rs. 15,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh. However, time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order to comply with the conditions. 10.08.2022 Sma
