This revision has been filed seeking a direction to learned XIV Small Causes Court, Chennai (Rent Controller) to dispose of the RCOP No.194 of 2015 as early as possible.

3. A perusal of the docket order in R.C.O.P.No.95 of 2015 reveals protraction of proceedings. Accordingly, this Court directs learned XIV Small Causes Court, Chennai (Rent Controller) to dispose of the RCOP No.194 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, in any event within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of this Order.
4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
