The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that originally himself (i.e.) Mr.T.Chandrasekaran is the counsel on record appearing for the appellant and Mr.P.Dineshkumar is a representing counsel and he argued the matter. Therefore, he would seek necessary modification in the judgment in respect of appearance of the counsel and also in para 7 of the judgment.
