The writ petition came to be filed by the petitioner/company on the cause of action that the workers of the petitioner's company have gone on illegal strike.

2.Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the workers had withdrawn the strike and there is a peace in the production area. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed, since the prayer sought for in the petition has become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
