Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for

issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for entire records connected with impugned order of 3rd respondent vide his procedings in Moo.Mu.A6-2682-2021 dated 04.02.2022 and its consequential impugned order of the 4th respondent's proceedings in Na.Ka.A4/4562/2022 dated 21.04.2023 and quash the same as illegal and ultra vires.

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.E.Sathiyaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for the official respondents.

2. The learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the appeals filed by the petitioners would be decided within fifteen days.

In view of the said statement made that the appeals would be decided within fifteen days, the writ petitions stand disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
