ORDER

Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to survey his properties in S.Nos 86/6A, 86/7, 86/8A, 86/8B, 86/13, 86/14, 86/18, 90/80, 90/110, 90/10A, 91/2A, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

91/5A, 91/5D, 91/5E, 91/5G, 91/5J, 91/5K, 92/1A, 92/1B, situated at Kalayanallur Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Villupuram District, on the basis of his application dated 02.12.2016, within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representations dated 02.12.2016, the 3rd respondent has not surveyed his lands so far.

Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's application and survey the lands, on payment of necessary charges, in accordance with law.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 02.12.2016 on payment of necessary charges and survey the petitioner's lands in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
