ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus, directing the respondents to restore the metro water supply to the petitioner's premises comprising of Flat No.H also known as 10 at the 3rd floor in Plot No.4, situated at Sri Krishna Kutira, New Door No.21, Old No.11, Harrington Road, Chetpet, Chennai-600 031.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the metro water supply would be restored to the petitioner's premises in question, within a period of two weeks. 3.The submission so made by the learned counsel for the respondents is recorded. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of, directing the respondents to restore the metro water supply to the premises in question, within a period of two weeks. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
