According to the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
