The prayer in the present petition is to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 16.08.2017 and register F.I.R and investigate in length in the context of the complaint in the larger interest of Justice and report the same within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the complaint has been closed on 20.09.2017.
