ORDER

It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that following the investigation conducted in Crime No.259/2020 on the file of the third respondent police, the petitioner is arrayed as A6 for the offences punishable under Sections 430, 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) Mines & Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.

2. In such view of the matter, the contention of the petitioner that he has been unnecessarily harassed by the police, as such, cannot be countenanced. I do not find any merit in this Criminal Original Petition. Resultantly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
