2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the impleading petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in all the concerned records.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the impleaded Municipality submitted that already a petition has been filed to vacate the interim order passed by this Court. Registry is directed to number the same and post it for hearing.
