Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2015 and thereby direct the respondents to issue relief fund to the petitioner under the Chief Ministers Road Accident Relief Fund Scheme for the death of the petitioner's father Late Selvaraj, who died in a road accident on 06.06.2013 on the light of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.A3/6583/2013 dated 09.10.2013 immediately.

The petitioner's father died on 06.06.2013 in a road accident. An enquiry was also conducted by the respondent no.2 on the question of providing accident relief fund. The petitioner thereafter made a representation on 16.04.2015 seeking appropriate relief. 2.Taking into consideration the above, especially the fact that the enquiry notice was issued by the respondent no.2 as early as on 09.10.2013, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
