The learned counsel for the petitioner/A8 would submit that due to the sudden Heart Attack and subsequent bypass surgery, the petitioner could not comply with the conditional order viz.,directing the petitioner to appear once in two months starting from March 2022, on the first working day at 10.30 a.m., imposed by this Court on 16.02.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.1782 of 2022 and hence, seeks relaxation of the condition.

2.In view of the above, this Court direct the petitioner to appear before the learned VIII Additional Judge, CBI Special Court, Chennai, once in four months, starting from the month of September, 2022. 3.With the above modification, this petition is ordered. 05.07.2022 nvi https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
