ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent relating to the order dated 23.06.2003 in Memo No.1434/CPDE/2004 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to absorb him in full service. 2.
