PRAYER: This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution to pass an order, direction or Writ more in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to alter the FIR in Crime No.13 of 2021 on the file of the 6th respondent to include offences punishable under the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, investigate the same impartially under

the supervision of the 4th respondent by a Deputy Superintendent of Police Level Officer and file the chargesheet before the appropriate court and grant appropriate compensation and reliefs as may be required in terms of the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989 and SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Rules, 1995.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also filed a letter to that effect.
