Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.12712 of 2020 dated 21.08.2020 before this Court. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12712 of 2020 dated 21.08.2020, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12712 of 2020 dated 21.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
