By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 06.03.2026 which has been filed challenging the proceedings dated 12.11.2025, whereby, the petitioner's request seeking licence for running the fire crackers shop was rejected on the premise that she does not comply with the parameters set out in the Explosive Rules governing issuance of Fire Crackers licence.

3. The learned Government Counsel for the respondents submitted that the respondents would endeavour to dispose of the appeal within a period of two months.

4. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of and the respondents are directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner
