ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2023 to survey the petitioner's agricultural lands measuring 24 1/2 cents comprised in old Survey No.24/10, New Survey No.34/1A and the agricultural lands measuring 24 1/2 cents comprised in old survey No.24/10, New Survey No.34/1A, totaling 49 cents in Ongur Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District.
2. The petitioner submitted an application for surveying the agricultural lands on 31.07.2023 and the same is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 2/4
31.07.2023 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
