Crl.MP.No.9709 of 2019 in Crl OP No.18010 of 2018 N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the Respondent police once in a month i.e., First working day of every month at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.3570 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.18010 of 2018 dated 27.03.2019.

2.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that this petitioner has complied with the condition for the last one year, this Court is inclined to relax the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required in the course of investigation.

4.This Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
